It’s easy to make and super flavorful and healthy! I use the stovetop version and make it all the time. I made this in the instant pot and it didn’t come out right. The recipe says 2 cups cooked pasta, but the instant pot directions say to put the pasta in for 4 mins to cook. I ended up putting in 2 cups of un-cooked pasta to cook for 4 mins.
