1. Par boil the potatoes for around 5 minutes, or until tender (but not so soft that they start to fall apart). Drain.
2. Heat a heavy based pan over a medium heat and spritz with low calorie cooking spray. Add the onions and fry until they're softened and starting to brown, and then add the garlic and fry for another minute.
3. Add the potatoes and Spicentice mix to the pan and stir well.
4. Add the tomato puree, water, and lemon juice, and stir again, making sure that the potatoes are well coated. Cook for a further 5 minutes, whilst stirring regularly.

1. Bring a pot of water to boil along with 1 tsp of turmeric powder. Quarter the potatoes (no need to peel) and drop them into the water once you start to see bubbles appear in the water.
