3. Add the heavy cream mixture to the pumpkin mixture and, using a rubber spatula, gently fold the mixture until thoroughly incorporated.
4. Divide mousse evenly among small dessert bowls.

4. Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Add the dissolved gelatin, bananas and orange zest to the pumpkin mixture and mix well. Set aside to cool.
