1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
2. Combine the turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and parsley in a bowl. Stir just until combined, do not over mix.
3. Use a small cookie scoop or Tablespoon to scoop the meat out. Then form into balls and place on the pan.
4. Bake for 17-20 minutes. Turn halfway through if you don't want the bottoms to brown.
