This authentic homemade hummus is exceptional in taste and texture (you'll never go back to store-bought!) and it's so easy to make! Drain the canned beans, reserving the liquid from the can. In a food processor add beans, tahini, garlic, salt, sumac, cumin, and juice from half of a lime.
