Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a microwave safe dish, warm Honey (1/3 cup) in microwave for 20 to 30 seconds to loosen it up. Place Pecan Halves (3 cups) in a medium mixing bowl and pour warmed honey over pecans.
Some different recipes for honey-roasted pecans also add sugar, but we found that the hint of honey is enough sweetness to let the pecans shine. Trust us when we say you don't need more honey than one tablespoon per cup of pecans.
