3. For an 8 lb ham, cook for approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. (about 15 minutes per pound), or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F. For a caramelized coating, turn on the broiler for 1-2 minutes, or until desired doneness.Remove from oven and transfer onto a cutting board. Slice ham and serve with any leftover glaze.
4. Set the oven to broil and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the glaze is bubbly and caramelized. Slice ham and serve.
