Web1/3 cup of honey 1/4 cup of water (add more 1 tablespoon at a time as needed for dough texture) Step 1: Prep oven by preheating it to 350 degree Fahrenheit. …

Cuisine: AmericanCategory: Snack1. Prep oven by preheating it to 350° Fahrenheit.
2. In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, oatmeal, egg, honey, and water. Mix ingredients together using a hand electric mixer or stand mixer. If the dough is too tough or dry for you, add 1 tablespoon at a time into the dough mixture until desired dough texture is accomplished.
3. Remove the dough from your bowl and place it onto a clean working space. I placed a non-stick silicon baking mat on my kitchen table to put my dough onto. Using your hands, kneed the dough a few times and get it into a ball. Use a rolling pin to roll and flatten out your dough to be ¼" thick. Sprinkle all-purpose flour onto your working space as needed to prevent dough from over sticking on the rolling pin.
4. Use a cookie cutter to cut out shapes in your dough. If you do not have a cookie cutter, you can use an ordinary drinking cup as a cookie cutter or you can just roll 1.5 tablespoons of dough into a ball and flatten it on your baking tray.

2. Put 2/3 cup oatmeal in a food processor and grind until fine in texture, similar to flour. Add to medium sized mixing bowl.
3. In the same food processor, puree cranberries. If you are using fresh or defrosted berries, it will likely be a liquid. If they are frozen, it will typically look like a coarse meal (see pictures). Add cranberries to the bowl.
4. Add the flour, 1/4 oats, ground flax seed (optional), honey, and yogurt to the bowl. Mix the ingredients together until incorporated and the dough holds together. The water content in the berries can affect the moisture in the dough. If it is too wet, add a little flour at a time. If it is too stiff or not combining, add a little water at a time.
