1. Pour club soda, sugar and drink mix powder into a high powered blender. Add 2 cups ice and blend for 30 seconds.
2. Add 1 more cup of ice and blend another 30 seconds until desired consistency is reached. Use up to 1 more cup of ice, if necessary.

3. Make the syrups by mixing all the ingredients together, starting with the lower amounts of sweetener and vitamin C powder. Please note that you'll want to make the syrups very flavor dense (i.e. a lot sweeter!), so that they actually flavor your shaved ice!
4. Make shaved ice by running ice cubes in a blender, food processor or bullet. Transfer to serving glasses right away, pour in the syrups and enjoy!
5. And if you've got an ice cream maker on hand, you can just add 3 1/2 cups water along the syrup there and churn for 5-15 minutes. That will give you the ultimate store-bought texture!
