A neosporin®-like cream used to help heal and soothe my “boo-boos”. A salve I can feel good about. This homemade neosporin®-like cream (all thanks to my blow dryer) is my go-to salve. Made with the herbs calendula and lavender, along with coconut and olive oil. With a few soothing drops of tea tree and lavender essential oil.
The ingredients in this healing salve recipe- lavender essential oil and tea tree essential oil – both have been shown to have antibacterial and antiviral properties. Lemon essential oil is shown to be disinfectant as well.
