1. Freeze your ice cream maker bowl for 24+ hours (I used my KitchenAid ice cream maker attachment).
2. In a blender (I used my Vitamix), add the yogurt, half and half, orange juice, stevia, orange zest, vanilla extract and natural butter flavor. Blend until smooth.
3. While blending, add in the xanthan gum, turmeric and salt.
4. Place the frozen ice cream maker attachment onto the stand mixer and turn on the "stir" speed. Pour the chilled ice cream mixture into the ice cream bowl and churn until soft-serve consistency.

1. Place the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, 2 oz of the orange juice concentrate, salt, and vanilla in the bowl of your stand mixer (or in a large bowl if using a hand mixer).
2. Save the rest of the sweetened condensed milk for another use (it's good in coffee!)
3. Whip until the mixture is nice and thick but nowhere near even soft peaks. Whisk should leave tracks in your cream, and the cream should mound just a little in the bowl before sinking back in somewhat. See Video for texture if you're unsure.
4. Pour 10 oz of your mixture into another bowl.
