A jar of Homemade Seedless Blackberry Preserves only takes minutes to make. It's delicious on toast, yogurt parfaits, ice cream, or breakfast pastries. Place the berries in a saucepan over low heat. Stir and heat until they soften and release their juice. Mash the berries with a fork or potato masher. Remove the pan from the heat.
1/4 cup granulated Erythritol or Swerve (50 g/ 1.8 oz) Optional: 20-30 drops Stevia or to taste ( NuNaturals or SweetLeaf) Place the blackberries and lemon juice in a saucepan.
