In my home, Hello Dolly bars have been a Christmas tradition for as long as I can remember. These cookie bars are also known as seven layer bars or magic bars. Whatever they are called, they are deliciously made with butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, pecans, graham crackers, coconut, and sweetened condensed milk.
"Making and eating Hello Dolly's have been a tradition in our family for a long time. These are also known as 7 Layer Bars and Magic Cookie Bars. Every Christmas we always make these yummy bars." Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 13 by 9 inch baking pan mix together butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press into bottom of pan.
The carb laden version starts with a cookie crust and then just piles on sugar after layer of sugar. My Keto Hello Dolly bars are made up of just the important stuff. Traditional 7 Layer Bars, Hello Dollies, and Magic Cookie Bars are made with a layer of crushed graham cracker, then shredded coconut, walnuts or pecans, chocolate chips or butterscotch chips, and then, of course, topped with a can of condensed milk.
