A hearty keto fish chowder is made with cod and flavored with onions, bacon, and heavy cream. Heat the oil in a large stockpot over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, 1 more minute. Stir in the salt, pepper, dried thyme, paprika, and cayenne. Add the clam juice.
This creamy New England Seafood Chowder is not too heavy, filled with fresh vegetables and lean seafood and is ready in 45 minutes. I added just ½ cup of half and half to finish it, which adds only 2 ½ grams of fat per serving making it a delicious and healthy lunch or dinner!
Add clams and lobster and stir well. In a saucepan, heat half & half over medium heat until hot and add to the seafood mixture. Cook chowder, stirring frequently until slightly thickened and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Ladle chowder into bowls and garnish with parsley.
