Dice up 3 slices of turkey bacon and add to bowl. Add in jalapeñpo peppers, leaving about 2 tbs worth for topping. Using a whisk or fork, stir to combine.
2. Spread into an 8 inch oven safe dish and top with sharp cheddar cheese, remaining turkey bacon slice and jalapeños. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with snack of choice and enjoy!
