1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Beat at medium-high speed for 5 minutes.
2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Transfer the dough to the prepared pan and with the help of a spatula even out the top.
3. Cover with a cloth and let it rise in a warm spot for 1 hour.
4. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Take the pan to the oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.

1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Whisk together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil and water in a measuring jug.
2. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well-combined. If you have the feeling that the dough is too thick for stirring simply add another 1-2 teaspoons of water.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased and parchment paper-lined loaf tin and let soak for at least 2 hours or even better overnight.
4. Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C.
