2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and the sugar free powdered sugar. Then stir in the almond flour and and the two extracts. Lastly, fold in the chopped almonds.
3. Use a scoop to scoop out the cookie dough and then form the dough into a ball, flattening each ball onto the prepared cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they begin to turn golden. Allow the cookies to cool on the cookie sheet.
