Once boiling, reduce heat to med-low and let it cook/reduce for 1 minute while stirring occasionally (make sure you keep an eye out on this as Swerve/Monkfruit tends to burn much easier than sugar). Once a minute has passed, reduce heat to simmer or remove from heat.
3. In the meantime, grate garlic with a grater and set aside.
4. Dice spam into small cubes, about 1/8 x 1/8 inch. Set aside.
