1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Ideally you want to put your baking stone or an upside down baking tray in the oven to heat.
2. Sprinkle some cornmeal or flour on parchment paper and stretch your dough into a rough circle or rectangle, about 12" X 15". If the dough keeps springing back, walk away for about 10 minutes to let the dough rest, it will stretch better after letting it sit.
3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about 1/2" rim.
4. Top with cheese, Canadian bacon, cooked regular bacon and well drained pineapple. You may want to dab the pineapple with a paper towel to dry it even more.

4. Spread the pizza sauce (3/4 cup) on the dough. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese (16 oz.), followed by the pepperoni (2 oz.), sliced red onion (1/4 cup), pickled jalapeños (1/4 cup), and pineapple chunks (8 oz.).
