3. Cook the saimin noodles. Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles in boiling water until al dente (follow cooking times indicated on the noodle package). Drain the noodles and transfer the noodles to a mixing bowl.
4. Gradually drizzle the sauce over the noodles. Toss the noodles as you go.
