1. Combine potatoes, egg substitute or eggs, water and All-Purpose Original Blend Mrs. Dash in medium bowl; mix well.
2. In non-stick skillet or on griddle place approximately ¼ cup potato mixture; press with spatula to about 4 inches in diameter.
3. Cook over medium or medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
4. Repeat with remaining potato mixture.

1. Heat a heavy bottom skillet over high heat. Add in the butter and olive oil. When the cooking fats are hot, add in the cubed potatoes and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Add in the onion, chopped rosemary, red pepper flakes and another pinch of salt and pepper. Stir occasionally and cook for 5-7 more minutes. When the onions are caramelized you're ready to move onto the next step.
3. Reduce the heat to medium-high. Add in 1 TBSP Olive Oil if the pan is looking dry. Add in shallots and garlic. Cook 3-4 minutes, stirring more consistently.
4. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add in the cooked bacon and whole rosemary sprig. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are cooked through. Should be between 8-10 minutes. When they are cooked through, add in the balsamic vinegar. Stir well, serve hot and enjoy!

1. Rinse shredded potatoes until water is clear, then drain and squeeze dry. Place shreds in a bowl, and mix in the onion, flour and egg until evenly distributed.
