2. 2 कप पानी डालें और बिना किसी गांठ के चिकना व्हिस्क करें। एक तरफ रखें।
3. अब एक बड़े कडाई में 1 टेबलस्पून घी गर्म करें और उसमें ½ टीस्पून सरसों, ½ टीस्पून जीरा, ¼ टीस्पून मेथी, 3 लौंग, 1 इंच दालचीनी, 1 सूखे लाल मिर्च, चुटकी हिंग, कुछ करी पत्ते, 2 मिर्च डालें और फूटने दें।
4. इसमें तैयार दही बेसन मिश्रण डालें और अच्छी तरह मिलाएं।
