2. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except for the ground parsley. Blend the ingredients on high with a paddle attachment until the mixture forms a sort of sticky paste. If you do not have a paddle attachment for your mixer, you can use a blender or food processor to accomplish this as well.
3. Press the meat mixture into the bottom of a well greased loaf pan, and bake for 55 minutes.
4. Drain any excess liquid or fat from the loaf pan, and let the loaf cool for 15 minutes.
