In a large pan, dutch oven or skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion, garlic and ground lamb. Sauté until the lamb is cooked about 5- 7 minutes. Add in the tomato paste, cinnamon, oregano and nutmeg. Stir until well combined. Add in the cabbage and continue to sauté.
Add the ground lamb, pepper, onion, and garlic to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the lamb is done, about 7 minutes. . 3. Add the cabbage and tomato sauce to the pan. Stir. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the cabbage is cooked and softened.
Set those leaves aside! Mix the tomato sauce with some powdered keto sweetener and spread it out on the bottom of a baking dish. Fill the cabbage leaves with the ground beef mixture and place them on the baking dish. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake it for an hour at 350°F.
