1. In a small bowl combine the lime zest, lime juice, orange juice, mint, honey, garlic, oil, cumin and salt and stir to combine.
2. Transfer half of the marinade mixture into a covered container and refrigerate until later.
3. Put the remaining marinade into a large Ziploc bag and add the chicken tenders. Turn the bag around to totally coat the chicken and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Turn bag once in a while to keep the chicken coated.
4. When you are ready to grill just remove the chicken from the bag it has been marinading in and discard the excess marinade from the bag.
