1. Combine the prawns with the oil and spices. Mix well to ensure all the prawns are evenly coated.
2. To make the sauce, melt the butter in a large pot and add the garlic, lemon juice and spices. Allow to cook for a minute until fragrant then pour in the cream. Bring to a simmer and allow to cook for 5 minutes then remove from the heat. Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly. The sauce needs to be a little too lemony and very well seasoned. Once the prawns are added, the sauce will mellow a bit.
3. Preheat the grill for 10-15 minutes. Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they are coral/orange in color. As the prawns are cooked, add them to the pot with the sauce. Once all the prawns have been added, toss to coat the prawns in the sauce.
4. Serve over rice or with crusty bread.

2. Add butterflied shrimp to a large bowl, then pour in about half of the marinade. Stir in, cover and let sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Do the same with the remaining marinade.
3. After 30 minutes, preheat your grill on high. Add shrimp to grill and cook for about 10 minutes, brushing on marinade and flipping every 2 minutes. Pull from the grill when it is opaque all the way through.
4. Serve with your favorite sides - I plated with cous cous and grilled asparagus. Enjoy!
