The carbs in grilled cheese sandwiches will vary, depending on what type of bread and cheese you use. The average grilled cheese will have around 500 calories and over 30 total carbs. When using white bread, net carbs are almost just as high, since white bread doesn’t have much fiber.
Crispy, delicious low carb and keto fried fish are coated with almond flour and cooked in avocado oil. No unnecessary carbs, gluten, or trans fats! I developed this recipe for my daughter, who refuses to touch fish unless it’s fish and chips.
I like to use a glass 6-inch square-shaped sandwich container (product link included in the recipe card below) because it's fun to make a keto sandwich that looks like the real thing. Once you have two thick slices of coconut keto bread, place the cheese between the slices.
