I tweaked the recipe a bit as granola cannot be messed up too badly by doing so. I doubled the coconut shreds, added chia seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds. I was out of walnuts. Added majool dates and organic raisins and banana chips. I doubled the recipe but only used 1 TB maple syrup and 1 TB local honey. Otherwise it was the same.
