This creamy Gorgonzola Dressing is tangy, earthy, and your salad’s new best friend. And yes, it really is quick and easy to make. To prepare this dressing, simply measure all the ingredients (except the salt) into a small blender or food processor, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Add half the gorgonzola to a bowl along with the yogurt. Mash the gorgonzola into the yogurt. Add the buttermilk, white vinegar, chives, garlic powder, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Add remaining gorgonzola cheese and stir well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or more before serving.
