Combine butter, brown sugar, white sugar, honey, goat milk, and heavy cream. Stir mixture constantly while keeping candy thermometer partly submerged. When temperature reaches 248 degrees F, remove pot from heat. Add vanilla extract and stir. Butter a separate baking dish. Pour mixture into buttered baking dish. Sprinkle salt over caramel.
