Add 1 tablespoon of milk to the brown butter and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine the organic dark brown sugar, organic sugar, and brown butter. Mix together for 1 minute.
4. Add the egg and vanilla to the large bowl. Continue to mix until light and creamy, around 1-2 minutes.
