3. To that add the remaining 3/4 cup of rolled oats, 1/4 cup dried apricots, 1/4 cup raisins, 1/4 cup coconut sugar, 1/4 cup shredded coconut, 1/4 cup puffed amaranth, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup flax meal, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp baking soda.
4. Close the lid and pulse the food processor repeatedly until the dried fruit is cut up into small bits.
