1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a 9" x 13" baking dish. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking soda and set aside.
3. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, mix the butter, cream cheese and the sugars until smooth and creamy, about 7 minutes. Scrape down bowl and add eggs, one at a time, beating until incorporated. The mixture should look light and fluffy. Add vanilla and mix for 5 seconds.
4. Add half of the flour mixture and mix for 15 seconds. Add the remaining flour mixture and mix until just incorporated. Fold in Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Chips.
