1. Sahne und Schmand in einem kleinen Topf verquirlen und leicht erwärmen. Hefe hineinbröckeln und mit dem Zucker unterrühren, die Hefemischung 5 Minuten stehen lassen.
2. Alle trockenen Zutaten für den Teig in eine Schüssel geben. Hefemischung dazugießen. 5 Minuten zu einem glatten Teig kneten, dafür evtl mit den Händen nacharbeiten.
3. Teig an einem warmen Ort abgedeckt 45 Minuten ruhen lassen. Achtung: Er geht nicht wirklich viel auf.
4. Backofen auf 175 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen. Ein Blech mit Backpapier belegen. Teig auf einer Backmatte auf Blechgröße ausrollen. Den Teig auf dem Blech nochmals 10 Minuten ruhen lassen und dann dünn mit Schmand bestreichen.
