3. Combine 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the top and dot with butter.
4. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until pudding is golden brown. Serve warm or room temp. You can also make this in a muffin pan for snack size portions, if so, reduce the cooking time.
