I love cooking with this clay pot and a smaller one that I have too, it just depends on how many people I am cooking for. I have roasted a whole chicken in this pot and it came out very moist and crispy on top (you do need to remove the lid for the last 10 minutes to really get a crisp, otherwise, it is just a nice brown).
