1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (176 C).
2. Cut the tops of the jalapenos off. Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise, and use a spoon to remove the seeds and ribs.
3. On a large rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread out the jalapenos (cut side up), onion, and garlic. Drizzle with 2 Tablespoons grapeseed oil and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Bake for 30 minutes.
4. Let the peppers cool for a few minutes after coming out of the oven, then place the peppers, onion, and garlic in a food processor. Use the parchment paper to act as a funnel to transfer any of the flavorful oil or liquid from the baking pan to the food processor.

WEBJul 22, 2023 · Step by Step Overview: To make the cilantro jalapeño sauce, place chopped fresh jalapenos, fresh cilantro, minced fresh garlic

1. For a milder sauce, remove the seeds and ribs from the jalapeños, then roughly chop them. For a spicier sauce, leave the seeds and ribs in, and simply chop the jalapeños. You should have about 1 cup of chopped jalapeños.
2. Place the jalapeños into a blender along with all the remaining ingredients (I even include the cilantro stems), and blend on high for at least 30 seconds, until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Enjoy!
