1. Line a 20cm x 20cm square cake tin (which has high sides) with baking paper. Make sure you leave plenty of baking paper hanging over the edges to help you remove the Tim Tam Hedgehog Slice once it has set.
2. Roughly chop SIX of the Tim Tams into large pieces and set aside.
3. Place the plain biscuits into a food processor and blitz until they have just broken up, then add the remaining whole Tim Tams (approximately 1 ½ packs) and blitz for 5 seconds or until they have broken into large chunks - alternatively you can simply crush the plain biscuits with a rolling pin and roughly chop the Tim Tams with a large knife.
4. Place the crushed biscuits into a large bowl and set aside.

1. Grease and line the 28cm x 18cm slice tin with baking paper so that the baking paper comes up both long sides. Set aside.Crush the biscuits by breaking them in half and putting them in a food processor. 2. Break the chocolate bar into smaller pieces (or use chocolate melts) and melt in a pan with the butter over a very low heat, stirring all the time. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.Cut into slices and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days (remove the slice from the fridge for 15 minutes before slicing as it avoids any cracking of the topping).Slices can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
