When the tomatoes are browned, flip and fry them on the other side. Drain them on paper towels.

3. For the crab salad mix together the remaining ingredients except for the capers in a small bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
4. To serve, top the fried green tomatoes with the crab salad and fried capers.
