1. In a shallow bowl, add your eggs and slightly whisk them. Then add in your almond milk or coconut milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, and cinnamon.
2. Add 1 tablespoon butter to a skillet and place over medium heat.
3. While the butter melts, dunk a slice of bread gently in the egg mixture and then flip to make sure you coat both sides of the bread; do not leave bread in the mixture for too long. 10-15 seconds max.
4. Place dunked slices on the hot skillet and cook until golden brown on each side. Repeat with more slices. You should be able to get at least 6 slices. Top with fruit of choice, nut butter, yogurt or a drizzle of maple syrup!

WebNov 4, 2020 · An easy recipe to make a salt free white bread. Fluffy, this low sodium white bread is perfect for sandwiches, toast and more!

1. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of the flour, sugar and instant yeast. If necessary, multiply these quantities by the number of loaves you want to make.
2. Add the oil and hot water and mix until the texture is smooth and even.
3. Immediately after, gradually add the remaining flour. At some point it will be more convenient to mix it all up by hand. Mix and fold in the flour until the remaining flour no longer sticks to the dough and remains in the bottom of the bowl.
4. On a flat, floured surface, hand knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 2-3 minutes. Do not knead it too much, otherwise the dough will rise less well afterwards.
