1. Put ½ cup of butter in a saucepan and boil until it turns brown and smells like a hazelnut. Once ready, pour it into a bowl, leaving the dark sediments in the saucepan. Set aside to cool a little.
2. Combine browned butter with 2/3 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup praline powder, and 1 cup of icing sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat three egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Gently incorporate them into flour&nutty mixture, trying not to overmix.
3. Spoon the batter into molds and sprinkle every cake with one tablespoon of praline powder.
4. Bake financier in preheated oven to 300°F for 30 minutes.
