1. Gather all your ingredients.
2. In a high-powered blender add the eggs, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, sweetener, vanilla, and unsweetened almond milk.
3. Blend until completely smooth. Should take about 30 seconds or so.
4. If using a large frying pan, add 1 tbsp of coconut oil and turn onto medium heat. If using a Griddle, turn onto 350 degrees and add 1 tbsp of coconut oil.

4. Serve the pancakes immediately.
