3. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes. Cool on the cookie sheets.
4. Meanwhile, place chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Stir frequently, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching, until chocolate is melted and smooth, about 5 minutes.
