1. In a small bowl combine flaxseed meal, stevia, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
2. Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract.
3. Add butter to griddle or frying pan and heat to medium heat. I set my griddle at about 250°F.
4. Pour out pancakes in about 1/4 cup portions - I use a ladle. You should get 4 - 5 pancakes.
