2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, baking powder, salt, chia seeds, cinnamon and ginger. Add the oil, eggs, milk and honey and stir gently to combine. Add the cranberries and macadamias and gently mix them in.
3. Pour the oat mixture into the pan and spread evenly. Bake for 40-45 minutes. It should be golden-brown and cooked through. Allow it to cool in the pan before removing and slicing into pieces.
