DirectionsStep1Add all of the marinade ingredients to a large bowl and give it a mix.Step2Stab the steak a few times with a fork and rub in some salt.Step3Add the steak to the marinade and cover. Put in the fridge for at least 4 hours and up to 12.Step4Take the steak out of the fridge about 30 minutes before you want to cook it to let it warm to room temperature.Step5Heat a little oil in a skillet or frying pan an put on a high heat.Step6Take the steak out of the marinade and brush of any large pieces of garlic. Put into the skillet and cook for around 4 minutes on each side until nicely seared.Step7Once cooked, lay the steak on a large piece of tin foil and loosely tent the steak. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing into thin strips.Step8Add some sour cream and guacamole to a corn taco and lay three strips of steak on top.
