1. Preheat oven to 400° convection or 425° regular.
2. Combine 2 cups AP flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix well.
3. Add 1 1/4 cup nonfat yogurt. Fold in until all dry is incorporated. If you use Greek yogurt, you may need a tablespoon or so of milk.
4. The easiest is to do 8 drop biscuits. If you want to cut biscuits, spread the dough on a floured surface about 3/4 inches thick. You can cut six 2 1/2 inch biscuits or eight 2 inch biscuits.

3. Stir in the milk until incorporated. You may need an additional 1-2 tablespoons of milk to insure all the flour is moistened. Form the dough into a ball and knead about 10 times in the bowl.
4. Roll the dough out on a floured board to desired thickness (biscuits will not rise much while baking). I roll the dough to about 1 ½ - 2 inches thick. Use a 2 inch biscuit cutter to cut the biscuits. Gently re-roll dough as needed.
