2. Prepare the tilapia by placing the fillets on a clean, flat surface. Use a sharp knife to slice open the centers of the thickest part of the fillets, as pictured. Make sure not to fully cut through the fish.
3. Place the fish in a sprayed baking dish. Fill the crevices with the crab stuffing, and secure the tilapia shut with wet toothpicks. Sprinkle the final amount of salt and pepper over the fish, and cut and distribute the butter over the tops of the fish.
4. Bake the stuffed fish for 30 minutes, uncovered. Then, let the fish turn slightly golden brown under a broiler for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
