1. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave with the coconut oil. Stir until smooth. Pour into silicone shot glass molds (mine filled up 4 of the 8 slots.) Place into refrigerator until firm (1-2 hours.)
2. To make the mousse, pour the 1/4 cup heaving whipping cream into a bowl and beat with a handheld mixer until stiff peaks form. Set in the fridge.
3. Add the peanut butter to another bowl and whip it for a minute or until with the handheld mixer. Add in the sugar, Greek yogurt, and 1 tsp. whipping cream. Mix again until combined. Gently fold this mixture into the whipped cream mixture.
4. Carefully remove chocolate cups from mold. Fill a piping bag with mousse and swirl into each chocolate cup (you will probably have a bit of mousse leftover!)
