2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the soft butter, garlic, parsley, and parmesan. Mix together until well combined.
3. Spread the butter mixture in a thin, even layer on both halves of the bread. Place the bread on the baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden brown.

3. Cover the bowl with a large tea towel, place in a warm, draft free area and let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
4. Pre-heat oven to 425F (220C), line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle with 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour.
